RE : L’Oreal Malaysia for Women in Science Fellowships 2008L’Oreal is currently embarking on a corporate campaign for ‘Women in Science’ Fellowships 2008 which will provide financial grants to postgraduate females who are pursuing their Doctoral studies or PhD holders who are at the early stage of their career in the field of Life Sciences.
Three (3) fellowships amounting to RM20,000.00 each will be awarded to chosen candidates.Candidates must be Malaysians and must be below 35 years of age. Applicants born before 1st January 1974 will not be considered under this program. Candidates should demonstrate academic excellence and the research project must be feasible with a high potential in contributing advances to research in Malaysia.
Application deadline: 31 August 2008.Female researchers and postgraduate students who fulfill the criteria are encouraged to attend the roadshow on 25 June 2008 to find out more about this Fellowship, application criteria and procedures.
