TECHNICAL SUPPORT EXECUTIVE (ELECTRONICS SECTION)
Requirements: * Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,Electronic/Computer engineering or related discipline is preferred.Those with professional certification e.g. MCSE, MCSA etc. will be ofadded advantage. * Knowledge of networking, Crystal Reports, database MS SQL Server,Stored Procedures etc., operating system Linux, MS Windows Severs2003, MS Windows XP etc. * Experienced in server, database or network is encouraged toapply. * Hardware troubleshooting e.g. microprocessor, PC main board andother components. * Escalation of issues to the support team and superior in order toresolve the issue to customers satisfaction * Independent, organized, resourceful, result-oriented and positiveworking attitude * Good interpersonal and communication skills * Good analytical, problem solving and planning skill * Able to work with diverse range of people with varying levels oftechnical understanding Responsibilities: * Support of systems, servers and components * Troubleshooting and maintenance of systems (hardware & software)to minimize downtime * Lead a team of technicians in carrying out their daily jobfunctions * Installation of machines * To monitor, investigate, research, analyze and resolve issues * To prepare technical documentation
