Vacancy: Technical Support Representative ( Desktop Support)
Area : KL City
Minimum Diploma in IT field.
- Operating Systems (Windows 95, 98, 2000, ME,XP, Vista, Professional and NT)
- Familiar with Microsoft Office applications with working knowledge of desktop PC and peripheral devices.
- Must possess troubleshooting skills, hardware, software, networking and peripherals.
- Orthography
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Must possess good phone etiquette and a positive working attitude
- Ability to work as a team and independently in a challenging environment
- Possess good analytical and probing skills
- Support US Client so must be willing to work on shift.
- Salary: 2200-2800 + Shift allowance + Transport Allowance + Monthly Performance allowance
